Known for next-generation smart beds, Sleep Number embraces technology to deliver a better night’s rest. However, when it came to virtual event design, their Sleep Number Sales and Services (S&S) Conference wasn’t delivering. Sleep Number leaders envisioned greater engagement, interaction and polish. Bringing in a trusted partner could make their dream a reality.

Moving the S&S Conference to a remote format could help Sleep Number define their brand, develop their messaging and motivate their 1,000+ employees. The challenge was to achieve the same benchmarks as a complex, engaging, in-person event. They needed help with event strategy and production to reach a full range of team members, from associates to executives.

A new branding toolkit—including logos, colors, a theme and a tagline—created consistency across the two-day event. A reimagined event identity reinforced Sleep Number’s core messaging. Speaker coaching for more than a dozen executives ensured captivating, well-paced, relevant performances. And thanks to our expertise in editing, production and visuals, the content was engaging and relatable.

Live hosts, educated in the company’s culture, captivated audiences. Participant interaction extended beyond the screen with a customized app. Icebreakers, a live chat, polling and a real-time Q&A were just some avenues to infuse in-person energy into this virtual event.
