Adobe’s 24KO event strategy celebrates success

Celebratory activities reinforce corporate event messaging

Celebrating success is key to growing a strong organizational culture. For software giant Adobe, a year-end wrap-up was also a chance to look ahead and create company-wide momentum. Mixing motivational messages from leaders with authentic activations would enhance employee engagement. A coordinated approach would foster a sense of belonging across campus locations in San Francisco and San Jose.

Getting everyone involved reinforces the kickoff messaging and breaks up speaker blocks. High-impact, cost-effective experiences transformed existing venues and delivered consistency between the two locations. We worked with existing layouts to establish third spaces, providing additional furniture and signage.

Throughout the day and into the evening, each area featured new opportunities. Morning focused on tools to ignite conversations among colleagues. Afternoon cultivated creativity, with bracelet making, cookie decorating and workshop tinkering. Entertainment and “Minute to Win it” challenges elevated energy levels as the event extended into the evening.

After content sessions, a celebratory atmosphere prevailed. A roaming illusionist surprised partygoers. Candy bars and specialty mocktails prepared guests for the glow room, an immersive blacklight space with after-party vibes and a DJ.

Smart event design supports corporate engagement goals

Collaboration from strategy through technical production brought the live-stream keynote messages to life. The team designed playful, varied interactions that helped unify the diverse community. Engagements, entertainment and decor transformed familiar campus spaces into fresh, inviting, Adobe-fueled experiences.

From interactive games to gratitude walls to live band karaoke, employees saw each other embracing the brand’s core values. Individuals at the San Francisco and San Jose campuses appreciated the extra touches that created a celebratory atmosphere. The range of engagements met people where they were and offered meaningful ways to amplify messaging.

Feeling encouraged to step away from “business as usual” to connect on a deeper level drove motivation and increased loyalty.
