The employee incentive travel experts at ITA Group, our parent company, called on our team to provide expertly produced events that evoked the right atmosphere to inspire and energize an elite audience. 

The evening events centered on the Hawaiian tradition of Pau Hana—the spirit of after-work camaraderie. With sand underfoot and shaved ice cocktails in hand, guests from around the globe got their first taste of Hawaiian hospitality at the poolside welcome reception. Lei-making, island music and the call of tropical birds helped them transition from their fast-paced lives into a soothing, sensory atmosphere. 

To honor the island’s culture and provide an enriching experience for this astute group, we layered the authentic final luau with breathtaking sights and sounds. The evening began with sunset beach-side cocktails. A conch-blower and Polynesian drums drew the crowd to the seated dinner, where we curated a crescendo of performers across three stages. Singers, hula dancers, fire-knife performers and storytellers combined to share local history and legends. A concert with a beloved local band capped off the entertainment, but the afterglow lingered.
